Role Description:
The HR Associate will be responsible for ensuring employees receive a high-quality and positive experience at Quartet so that they are able to do the best work of their lives. In addition, this individual will help maintain a strong company culture and should be passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience. You will play a key role in supporting the Chief People Officer in developing first in class orientation programs, trainings, career development, mentorship programs, and career-pathing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee information and company organization chart in HRIS system
  • Support employees on benefits administration
  • Own, execute and optimize employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Upkeep employee handbook with policies and procedures
  • Optimize employee performance review process
  • Work closely with finance and legal to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Analyze employee engagement data to help create strategies to increase retention

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of human resource experience
  • Consistent track-record of success within organizations that demand a high degree of energy, flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to be proactive and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the full cycle of an employee’s lifespan
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with various HRIS systems
  • Ability to collect, assimilate and analyze HR related data
  • Working knowledge of compensation and recruiting practices
  • Ability to work independently and with geographically dispersed teams
