Enterprise Marketing Lead

Developing strong partnerships with payors and health systems is critical to how Quartet delivers on our mission to bridge the gap between physical and mental health care. Reporting to the CMO, the Enterprise Marketing lead will develop the marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement with our customers at insurance companies and major health systems. Partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and her Business Development and Customer Success teams, this marketing leader will have a critical role in the business strategies to support our revenue-driving functions.  The Director of Enterprise Marketing will tell Quartet’s story to our customers through core marketing materials and establish our industry presence through thought-leadership and events in coordination with our Corporate Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Apply past experience to grow and develop the enterprise marketing function at Quartet
  • Partner closely with product development to position our product offerings per audience
  • Develop our new customer pipeline through lead generation campaigns and close partnership with the Business Development team, including sales enablement materials
  • Engage current customers in partnership with the Customer Success team
  • Drive customer insights to inform the product roadmap
  • Design and execute an industry event strategy with the Corporate Marketing team

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall marketing experience, with 3+ years in B2B/Enterprise
  • 3+ years experience in the healthcare industry, health tech preferred
  • Experience marketing to executives at health systems and insurance companies
  • Experience partnering with creative marketing agencies or organizations
  • Track record of success in a smaller company environment (150-300 people)
  • Experience growing and managing a team
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
