Senior Manager, Compensation

Quantcast is hiring a Senior Manager, Compensation to join the People & Places team in our San Francisco office.

As the Senior Manager, Compensation you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and advancement of company wide compensation and rewards programs. You will help shape the future direction of total rewards at Quantcast and have the opportunity to work closely with the business to meet their needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and work hands on, simultaneously providing strategic direction in program development to a highly innovative and evolving organization. This role will work closely with and report to the Director of People Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Executive, Finance, and broader HR teams in the development, design, and implementation of compensation programs, total rewards, and policies to support Quantcast’s international business strategy
  • Source, collate, and analyze pertinent datasets to drive Quantcast-tailored, best-in-class total rewards programs and partner with HR Business Partners and various leadership teams to identify and address current and emerging total compensation trends and issues
  • Own and evolve the commissions processing cycle for a global sales organization
  • Partner with the Recruiting team to develop competitive offers rooted in market data and aligned with our compensation philosophy, for new hires and existing employees
  • Manage the semi-annual compensation review cycle for the organization, including advising on country salary increase budgets, allocation of short and long term incentive awards and sales incentive awards

Requirements

  • Advanced degree from leading institution
  • Minimum 5 years experience in compensation, with an emphasis on Sales compensation; Minimum 2 years managing people
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent data comprehension and manipulation skills using Excel -consistent track record of leveraging data to drive organizational change.
  • Proficiency in compensation packages (i.e. base, variable, equity) across major international functional groups
