Sales Recruiter, EMEA

Quantcast is hiring a Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Dublin office on a 10-month contract.

We have created one of the world's largest, living data-sets and we use it to bring unparalleled relevance to online advertising. By utilizing technology and big data to understand digital audiences, Quantcast solves the biggest challenges in marketing. 

As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Business functions across EMEA.


  • Full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Business functions across various levels of seniority in EMEA
  • Develop an understanding of the candidate landscape and source passive candidates
  • Interview candidates and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
  • Successfully level set regarding compensation expectation, extend, negotiate and close offers
  • Partner with Sales leaders, leverage their networks, and facilitate effective outreach strategies


  • 4+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience for both smaller, rapidly growing as well as established high tech companies and agencies
  • Bachelors degree from a leading institution
  • Proven success making passive candidate hires

  • Business level fluency in French or German is a plus
