Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will focus on educating and evangelising Quantcast Advertise products within key brands across Italy.
- Develop, agree and be accountable for a sales strategy and business plan for some of the Italian’s top Brands in line with Quantcast's sales and profitability goals as set by the MD.
- Effectively present and evangelise Quantcast‘s capabilities and offering in the digital ad marketplace
- Develop the sales pipeline and effectively account manage Quantcast's existing customers in Italy.
- Aggressively expand with new customers.
- Continually analyse sales statistics and data to identify new opportunities to increase advertiser growth with Quantcast,whilst working towards specific KPI’s and challenging targets.
- Coordinate with other Quantcast faculties for the timely preparation of proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, business ethics codes, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team at all times.
- Channel marketplace feedback regarding Quantcast products.
- Provide an exceptional level of client service.
- Strong direct relationships with Italian brands and media agencies
- Proven track record in new business sales and closing deals.
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers around a solution/strategic sale.
- Demonstrate a high degree of media proficiency, effective presentation and communication skills and expertise in audience buying.
- Strong leadership characteristics along with a dynamic personality and ability to inspire people.
- Proven track record in dealing with uncertainty and the pressure for reaching aggressive goals.
