Marketing Administrator

Quantcast is hiring a Marketing Administrator to work on our marketing team in our New York City office.

Quantcast has created one of the world's largest, living data-sets and uses it to bring unparalleled relevance to online advertising. By utilizing technology and big data to understand digital audiences, Quantcast solves the biggest challenges in marketing.

As a Marketing Administrator, you will help support our marketing team and VP of Marketing, North America/APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sensitive and complex calendar, travel arrangements and expenses for VP of Marketing, North America/APAC
  • Manage swag inventory and budget including accounting, billing, and replenishment requests
  • Work with accounts payable, legal, and outside vendors to reconcile budgets and manage vendor contracts
  • Support marketing events by working closely with brand team
  • Perform other various marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a leading institution
  • 1 year + experience in a position of responsibility
  • Excellent written communication, verbal and collaboration skills
  • First-class organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Displays professionalism and leadership while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience or interest in working in the digital media industry
  • Event planning experience
  • Previous Executive support
