Front Desk Coordinator

Quantcast is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to work on our People & Places team in our New York office.

We have created one of the world's largest, living data-sets and we use it to bring unparalleled relevance to online advertising. By utilizing technology and big data to understand digital audiences, Quantcast solves the biggest challenges in marketing. 

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will take on a wide-ranging set of responsibilities and think of innovative ways to improve our office policies and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for external vendors, guests, candidates and clients
  • Manage all administrative office projects, including answering the main telephone line, managing office equipment, ordering office supplies, processing mail, and various other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Ensure that all premises are fully functional, visually impeccable, and consistent with company needs and aesthetics as they evolve
  • Organize and coordinate company events including onsite interviews, internal meetings, client events, and offsites

Requirements

  • Experience as an office coordinator, receptionist or administrative assistant in a professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills 
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude with the desire to take on additional responsibilities 
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
