The Renewal Sales and Operations Intern LATAM Role

 

As a Renewal Sales and Operations Intern at Qlik, you will be integral in supporting our LATAM (Latin American) expansion efforts. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to contribute to a variety of initiatives focused on customer renewals, long-tail deals, and sales operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Qlik's growth in the LATAM region.

  • Support the LATAM Team: Assist in the establishment and support of the growing Renewal Sales and Operations team in LATAM. Your efforts will help shape the success of Qlik’s expansion strategy within the region.
  • Account Management: Play a key role in driving long-tail deals across the LATAM market by researching accounts, managing contract renewals, and providing essential administrative support throughout the renewal cycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with partners to align on customer needs, streamline the renewal process, and identify opportunities for joint growth and engagement.

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Sales Operations Support: Help with sales operations tasks such as preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with forecasting activities. You will also ensure the accuracy of CRM data and provide support in pipeline management to enable successful sales outcomes.
  • Salesforce Hygiene: Regularly update and monitor Salesforce, ensuring that all data is current and accurate. This includes identifying and cleaning up duplicates, updating contact details, and ensuring all opportunities are tracked accurately in the system.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the Renewals and Sales teams in various operational tasks such as scheduling meetings, communicating with customers, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across teams.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or related field, or recent graduate.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in data tracking, reporting, and CRM management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sales or customer success roles (even in a volunteer or academic setting).
  • Familiarity with the LATAM market dynamics and culture.
  • Previous internship or experience in sales operations or renewals is a plu
