Solutions CoE Business Architect: Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Additional Responsibilities:

The Solutions COE Business Architect will be responsible for all activities relating to lifecycle product/offering management from concept and launch through end of life for managed services. This role is accountable for the overall success of products/offerings in their portfolio including but not limited to market strategic alignment, profitability, growth, client attach rates, renewal and retention.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Creates market and competitive analysis;
  • Builds roadmap, vision and positioning;
  • Builds product/offering development;
  • Manages adoption and documentation of Managed Services solutions;
  • Prepares new product/offering creation/intake;
  • Builds communication and marketing plans;
  • Manages go to market/enablement @ launch with Growth team;
  • Builds risk management, defect mitigation, and improvements for product/offering; and,
  • Manages lifecycle product/offering performance, extensions, etc.
