Temporary Account Support Associate


Interact with customers with the highest level of customer service in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding orders, products and services to best represent PVH.


  • Communicate clearly & promptly with sales/customers/PVH internal depts using excellent verbal/writing and problem solving skills via phone / e-mail.
  • Recognize the importance of keeping sales/customers informed by providing feedback in a timely manner until any pending issues are resolved.
  • Keep sales informed on all new orders received and their status providing reporting as needed regarding allocations, ship windows etc.
  • Review EDI reports multiple times per day as orders are received to ensure that all valid customer orders accept into ACS.
  • Work closely with Warehouses on advising any containers needed ( for specific customer orders marked hot), timing of pick tkts (ensuring we are allowing enough processing time), and any related routing issues Also collaborate with Strategic Services to ensure we are adhering to customer specific packing & routing requirements on these orders.
  • Maintain proper documentation to help avoid/reduce chargebacks – assist in researching any chargebacks that are received.
  • Process all orders (both manual and EDI, distro and bulk) in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail so that bookings are correct (including sample requests / expedited routing).
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous and positive attitude at all times with the ability to effectively resolve complaints in a calm and professional manner (even when dealing with difficult situations).
  • Utilize multi-tasking skills to process daily workload including but not limited to: reviewing instocks, allocating orders, requesting credit releases, dropping pk tkts, reviewing projection holds, pack & holds, partials etc.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer order processing from receipt of order through shipment.


Experience: 1 to 3 years customer service experience preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
  • Must be able to prioritize workload
  • Excellent organizational skills needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook helpful
