Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Tommy Hilfiger

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team, internal groups, and the HR group in the recruitment and generalist process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience


  • Manage the Tommy Hilfiger Internship Program (Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions). Posts all internship positions on career site; conducts assessment interviews; coordinates interview with hiring managers; and extends final offers to interns. Attends offsite recruiting events to support our internship program, as well as co-managing in-house events (both internal and external) for interns
  • Facilitate satisfaction surveys with interns and their respective hiring managers; access survey metrics and review performance issues with interns with TA team and management
  • Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies; act as the liaison between departmental freelance requests and the selection and hiring of temps; maintain accurate headcount list of freelancers
  • Assist in the identification of prospective candidates using internet and database search techniques; tracks trends and movements within the industry
  • Schedule phone & onsite interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, reserve conference rooms, & provide confirmations for candidates
  • Assist with campus recruiting events and special projects along with Senior Recruiter
  • Assist with posting of positions on various job boards and college career services sites
  • Partner with HR Generalist team on projects and specific administrative duties
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Work closely with corporate departments (Payroll, Benefits and HRIS) to ensure requests are completed in a timely basis
  • Manage tours (e.g. colleges, special guests) for external visitors to the corporate office
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Recruiter and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in maintenance of HRIS system for interns and payrolled freelancers

  • Bachelor's degree; degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development, a plus
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in the fashion/retail industry
  • Experience working in a HRIS system; Workday experience, a plus
  • Strong MS Suite skillset (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn to assist in candidate sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Maintain professional demeanor and discretion with respect to confidentiality at all times
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs; proactive approach and sense of urgency, a must
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a strong collaborative team member, both internally and cross-functionally within brand and corporate umbrella
  • Enjoys working as a strong brand ambassador, internally and externally
  • Responsible for tracking invoices related to Talent Acquisition; following up with departments on outstanding agency invoices
  • Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
