Styling Coordinator - Tommy Hilfiger

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Styling Coordinator works on mannequin styling for all North American full price channels (Anchor, Specialty, Wholesale) and supports with Visual Managers with visual merchandising rollouts for Anchor and Specialty stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Mannequin styling in full price retail is up to TH brand standard and maintained.
  • Facilitate pulling looks for window and sales floor updates throughout the season and with every new floor set.
  • Maintains the visual approach for full price channels, including product gathering, looks preparation, attending in-store rollouts, and assisting with styling for directives as needed.
  • Guides the look and feel of the styling for full price retail, including Specialty and Anchor stores for both in-store and windows. Partners with the retail merchant team to identify and create best looks that fit brand image and also drive sales
  • Support other departments for styling needs, including special event set-ups and collaborations
  • Assist with styling and visual merchandising for any new store openings in full price channels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years work experience in similar role
  • College Degree, marketing or fashion merchandising preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be flexible to easily adapt to changing environments/priorities
  • Strong communication skills with various levels both internal and external to organization
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong sense of style
  • Ability to spot trends
