Strategic Initiatives Analyst - PVH Corp.

Primary function of this job is to provide business processes support & analysis to the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Operate as an integral part of the team by:

  • Owner of monthly Operational Excellence process including the calculation and report out of KPI performance, assembly of presentation decks and facilitation of meetings.
  • Owner of Seamless Inventory initiative KPI/metric work-stream including monthly report out of KPI's and scorecard.
  • Liaison between GSC teams and IT in regards to quality/accuracy of the KPI data.
  • Providing analysis and business process support to the GSC team and businesses, primarily in support of the Critical Few Initiatives (CFIs).
  • Providing support to Director, SIO in project managing/facilitating GSC key initiatives.
  • Design and run reports from various applications including XPC, Business Objects, ACS and GT Nexus.


  • Mine data from multiple sources to support the needs of the supply chain by providing needed data and analysis.
  • Ability to work with and to cleanse large volumes of data.
  • Develop and implement excel based templates used for tracking purposes.
  • Creation, training and hand-off of excel based modeling tools.
  • Creation of the monthly OpEx presentation decks.
  • Facilitation of monthly OpEx meetings and publish notes to GSC execs afterwards.
  • Work with management and IT to prioritize and provide business with information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities (automation).
  • Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-Initiative evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
  • Must be comfortable presenting Senior Management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Initiative team members on a proactive basis.


5-8 years in related industry


BA/BS Degree in related field


  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Must be at an advanced to expert level in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, QLIK Sense, MS Power BI, etc.).
  • MS PowerPoint.
  • MS Access a plus.
  • Should be "system savvy" – ability to quickly learn different applications and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
