Store Faciliaties Coordinator

Proactively manage the day to day activities of store maintenance programs, contractors, store requests, and related expenditures at 600 + PVH store locations. Oversee Capital maintenance projects for performance against budget as well as forecast improvement upgrades.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB

  • Daily Facility support of all PVH brands – Van Heusen Retail, Calvin Klein Retail, and Tommy Hilfiger Retail
  • Coordinate, plan and schedule daily service requests
  • Monitor incoming service requests via e-mail – recommend project upgrades based on Database History
  • Adhere to OSHA safety standards and guidelines
  • Monitor annual city inspections and associated fees
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Preventative Maintenance Programs
  • Monitors Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems at all Brands
  • Analyze HVAC repair history to ensure efficient operation
  • Performance review of company vendors
  • Assist in Bid preparation for recommended new applicants
  • Reconcile invoices to ensure proper classification
  • Communicate internally with 3 Retail Divisional Representatives, Controller and Visual, Corporate Purchasing, Loss Prevention, Accounting and Field Management
  • Communicate externally with Landlords, Tenant Management, Vendors, Contractors, Consultants, and City Officials
  • Assist in preparation of annual preventative maintenance programs and repairs
  • Evaluate and respond to daily emergency requests quickly and without service interruption
  • Continually source options to reduce costs and project duration
  • Coordinate Capital Maintenance programs
  • Assist in preparation of project cost analysis for Management and Controllers
  • Estimate and track Project & Maintenance Budgets
  • Light travel required for store visits and oversees minor renovations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years Retail and/or Facilities or Construction knowledge
  • Professional phone manner and email etiquette, excellent customer service
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and flexibility to manage multiple demands/projects
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Critical and analytical decision making required
  • Must think outside the box to ensure project completion without store interruption
