Sr Manager Global Strategy & Operations – Calvin Klein


Reporting to the SVP, Global Strategy and Operations and supporting the strategic initiatives at Calvin Klein and PVH Corp. The Sr. Manager, Global Strategy & Operations is responsible for developing, analyzing and implementing the global initiatives of the CK Senior Management team.


  • Develop, analyze, and prioritize potential opportunities in all areas of the business, including brand, product, marketplace, distribution, channel, geography, and operational strategies
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative content for ongoing strategies and deliverables such as monthly business updates, strategy meetings, Board of Director updates, and executive off-sites
  • Bring an analytical foundation to all work; partner across the organization to create initiative-specific and ongoing analytics; define initiative scope, success metrics, and high-level milestones
  • Deliver business, financial and market insights to facilitate decision-making and address the operational and financial needs of the business globally
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of operations of the CK global business and the PVH organization. Develop a strong understanding of industry and market trends, competitive intelligence and consumers
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and project management as assigned
  • Requires occasional international travel to all Calvin Klein commercial offices



  • 5-8 years of corporate finance, strategy, or investment banking experience
  • Strong strategic financial and business analysis experience
  • Understanding of the apparel/fashion industry including bricks-and-mortar, ecommerce, and preferably wholesale channels
  • Proven ability to lead critical strategic initiatives from definition to execution in a complex, matrixed organization, marrying both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience operating in international markets; an understanding of non-US business operations and comfort traveling to and communicating with international stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, Finance concentration preferred


  • Expert in financial modelling and PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple initiatives independently while leveraging cross-functional resources
  • Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong influencing skills; the ability to build relationships and credibility internally and externally and drive action without direct reporting authority
