Sr. Fashion Coordinator - PVH Corp.

The Sr. Fashion Coordinator supports Heritage Marketing in creating and maintaining the image of Heritage brands (IZOD, Van Heusen, Bass, Arrow, DKNY, Speedo, Warners and Olga) through the coordination of national advertising campaigns, large- and small-scale photo and video shoots, visual displays, sponsorships and special events.

Responsibilities:

INTERNAL

  • Provide support to the PVH Heritage Marketing Styling Team
  • Manage samples for various Styling projects including photo and video shoots, showroom updates and other visual merchandising projects, social media gifting and celebrity dressing, sponsorship and special events
  • Prep all Styling projects by pulling proper samples, laundering samples, organizing looks into proper fitting order, packing and sending product to proper studio/location
  • Schedule and maintain the Styling Team's calendar to include workflow of styling sessions, final reviews and shoot dates, and utilize the calendar to identify when tasks need to be completed and when Freelance help will be necessary
  • Generate estimates and maintain billing and invoice flow for Freelance help and Styling projects
  • Prepare shotlist by recording in detail every item/color used for styling and document styled looks via hand-written docs/Excel/SmartSheet/InDesign
  • Attend Styling sessions to update shotlists to reflect changes made during reviews
  • Attend Fittings to ensure proper fitting order is maintained
  • Maintain order and organization in the Styling Studio by managing flow of samples, filtering apparel and props back into closets and returning samples to sales/design post-shoot, keeping clothing, footwear and props organized
  • Maintain both on-site (closet) and off-site (warehouse) apparel and prop inventories
  • Maintain expense reports to track purchases and returns made for Styling projects

EXTERNAL
  • Communicate with Freelancers to hold and confirm additional support
  • Manage Freelance help to ensure a clear and prioritized understanding of current projects/tasks
  • Ensure Freelance billing/invoicing is received in a timely manner
  • Communicate with Sales/Merchandising/Design to coordinate sample flow, and document concerning issues such as drops, incorrect samples, late adds, etc
  • Coordinating with studio and location Production teams
  • Working with tailors to alter samples
  • Liaising directly with sponsored endorsers, talent, agents, etc

Experience: 2-3 years' experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Skills:
  • Excellent quantitative skills - an analytical mind with ability to connect the dots.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Team player with initiative who can jump in to assist where/when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and external dialogue/correspondence.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator
