Sr. Director, HR Communications- PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY: Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER , the Sr. Director, HR Communications, is a key member of the Global Communications Team. This position is responsible for the programing and planning of communications to inform, inspire and engage associates with HR messages and programs in the US and around the world. You will help shape and share our culture, and communicate key initiatives across PVH and our brands. This position will focus on telling HR stories and supporting the Chief HR Officer and Global HR leadership team through strategic communication plans that include executive communications, memos, talking points, presentations, events, etc. The position will work with the broader PVH Communications team to ensure strategic alignment, identify opportunities and leverage shared branding and creative services.


  • Develops and Drives Holistic HR Communications Strategy for Global and U.S
  • Drives communications from key HR groups to associates: Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, PVH University, Inclusive & Diversity, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding
  • Manages communication content and adoption strategies for new digital HR platforms (incl. PVH University, Recognition Site, Career Site, Total Rewards Site ) and leads communications for key programs ( Wellness Programs, US Benefits Enrollment, Leadership Programs ).
  • Leverages global communications channels ( Intranet, Mobile News App, etc. ) to promote HR areas
  • Supports HR executive/leader communications and supports alignment across the HR function globally ( HR to HR )


Experience: 10+ years experience in communications preferably with a strong background in HR and employee-facing communications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing

Ability to write clear, concise content for all internal communications that reflect a consistent overall tone with understanding of key audiences; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to manage / develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership; Strong project management skills; Ability to work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
