Specialist, Learning & Development - PVH, Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support the Talent Development group in the design, development, execution, and measurement of the PVH U Leadership Academy. This position consults with stakeholders across the company to support the overall talent development needs of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage all project documentation to support the leadership development programs (project plan, briefing decks, facilitator guides, marketing material, etc.).
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnership and ensure seamless communication/execution of projects/tasks.
  • Coordinate assessments and related developmental planning support/tools.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of talent development programs for the organization including executive, leadership, general business, and custom development programs.
  • Support the ongoing development of the HR department staff in the areas of talent review, development planning, and assessment.
  • Write, design, develop, and maintain various guides, handbooks, and presentations for a variety of audiences (new hires, individual contributors, managers) that encapsulate and summarize Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness policies/practices relevant to the audience.
  • Participate in drafting and/or editing of presentations on talent development initiatives for senior executives.
  • Create and monitor online portals and sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in an HR and/or Talent Management.
  • Experience in creating presentations and conducting briefings to diverse audiences up to and including executive leaders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree required in Organizational Effectiveness or related field, with Master's preferred.
  • Experience managing complex projects and with designing and managing various talent development initiatives.
  • Skilled in assessment tools and development planning.
  • Able to interpret data and synthesize to ensure audience understanding.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint sites.
  • Project management expertise and/or certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external business partners and with overseas teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences.
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach and strong work ethic.
  • Facilitation certification a plus.
