Service desk support and PMO assistant for Shanghai office
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- IT Service Desk support, to provide general IT support to internal users with maintenance of desktop, laptop, network, VC system, IPT voice system.
- Be responsible for the Project Management documentation and assistant works.
- To provide POS Frontend, backend and other applications support for store users.
- IT Assets Management
- Communication with the office users, shops and franchisees.
- Organizes and provide appropriate training to end-users.
- Other IT support
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Retail or IT service desk
- Fluent speaking, reading and written English is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform, Hardware, Software, Networking, IPT voice system.
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex and technical problems.
- Knowledge in Project Management, PMP is preferred
- Knowledge in ITIL, experience using ITSM Ticketing tools is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software include Word and Powerpoint.
- Strong customer service sense skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Better to worked in a multination company
- Education: Bachelor degree in Computer science, Information Technology or related majors
