  • To cleverly automate and mechanize solutions that will offload repetitive tasks leveraging our focus on more important duties;
  • To empower our Tech Support team with the appropriate tools and knowledge to perform the most common activities on their domains, fully independently while also act as a point of scalation and third-line support for endpoints;
  • To keep a good level of standardization, sharing among the team, guidelines and best practices in order to do not only organize and standardize our backend, but to make sure the environment will retain its current level of manageability, ensuring the importance of recurrent "housecleaning" activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong experience on design, implementation and operation of Client Engineering/Endpoint Management platforms and tools such as: SCCM, Intune, MDT, AD, GPOs and WSUS;
  • Background on securing and updating endpoints with processes and tools related to encryption, patching, feature updates and O365 click-to-run;
  • Solid scripting skills in PowerShell with an ability to intelligently automate workloads;
  • A proactive and preventive approach to problem solving and root cause analysis;
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills;
  • The ability to multitask and handle ever-changing priorities in collaboration with cross-departmental teams;
  • A desire to learn from peers and capability to mentor junior team members;
We will consider as a plus:
  • Previous experience supporting MacOS and mobile devices, especially with JAMF;
  • Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, SCRUM and ITSM platforms as Jira and ServiceNow;
  • Hands on experience implementing Intune Autopilot and Zero Touch Deployment;
  • Previous experience with PowerShell DSC;
  • Asset Management, licensing and reporting skills using PowerBI.
What You Can Expect from Us:
  • A company culture that fosters development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University
  • An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality
  • A monthly Covid home- office budget
  • A smart work program that empowers our associates to work from home in the Netherlands, within a flexible schedule
  • A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus awaiting you upon our return to the office

COVID-19 and Working at PVH

As we continue to navigate the impact of COVID-19 and look ahead to shaping our new ways of working, the health, safety and well-being of our associates remains our #1 priority. This means all of our teams, including HR, work a bit differently. Our Recruiting process is conducted remotely, primarily via phone and video calls. New hires will be welcomed through an adapted, at-home onboarding program. Equipment will be delivered safely to your front doors. We will continue to work this way until September 2021, and are looking to shape a more hybrid work-from-home / office model in the coming months. Should your application be successful, our Talent Acquisition Team will outline the recruitment process and Covid Work policies in your initial call. Please note that should you be applying for a role at our PVH Studios, or in our distribution facilities, the hybrid model already applies.
