Sales Operations Coordinator - SPEEDO

• Understands department and team goals and can prioritize work, attend meetings in Manager's absence.
• Ensure that prior to the start of a selling season all materials are set up with the correct style numbers, pricing, and images on the B2B.
• Update Master Data Report bi-weekly.
• Work with Account Support to log and track new account applications.
• Manage the seasonal distribution of the sample line.
• Manage Sales internal sample line.
• Manage Constant Contacts emails.
• Partner with Ecomm team to ensure that the B2B is functioning properly and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support Account Executives with daily requests.
• Manage and distribute the weekly Sales Tool Kit.
• Support Sales Service Managers with Sales Meeting Preparations.
• Create and maintain ATS Hot Sheets.
• Track Terms and Conditions contracts.

Experience:
• 2 + years relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Microsoft Office required
• Experience supporting EDI customers preferred
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Able to work well under pressure and deliver results with tight deadlines
• Customer-friendly and solution-oriented leader
