Sales Coordinator - Internet - Speedo

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for the overall digital presentation of the Speedo brand on Amazon
  • Lead the item set-up/catalog maintenance process for Amazon, and assist account executives in the ecommerce item setup process across all channels (Sporting Goods, Department Stores, Mass, Team, & Specialty)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Contribute to achieving e-commerce wholesale channel sales budgets
  • Lead the item set-up/catalog maintenance process for Amazon
  • Owner of "Master SKU" database
  • Proactively walk Amazon & customer websites to ensure Speedo items/product pages are consistent
  • Amazon Order Maintenance
  • Manage e-commerce process calendar (samples, shoots, copy requirements and timelines, etc.) partnership with marketing to ensure all deadlines are met for digital
  • Ad Hoc Reports/Proposals

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2-3 years of related experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Skills: High PC skills, communication, math, analytical, and organized.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal:

  • All levels of the organization, including senior management, sales leadership, cross-functional teams (Planning/Forecasting, Marketing, Merchandising, etc.), and e-commerce teams across PVH

External:

  • Amazon and customer buying & management teams

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute towards achieving:
  • $35M Sales Budget: E-commerce wholesale (Amazon, Swim Outlet, Zappos
  • $5M Sales Budget: E-commerce wholesale across traditional brick & mortar channels (Sporting Goods, Department Stores, Mass, Team, & Specialty)

DECISION MAKING:

  • Help coordinate the sell-in & go-to-market process for Amazon
  • Help ensure demand planning/forecasting process supports sales initiatives & growth strategies
  • Help implement 12 month marketing calendars and special marketing initiatives

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

  • Proactively walk Amazon & customer websites to ensure Speedo items/product pages are consistent
  • Manage e-commerce process calendar (samples, shoots, copy requirements and timelines, etc.) partnership with marketing to ensure all deadlines are met for digital

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing retail environment
  • Travel for monthly/quarterly account visits
