A creative thought and implementation leader working closely with the New York HR teams mandated to design, implement, and maintain programs that support Canada's Talent Management initiatives, such as and not limited to, talent acquisition, systems implementation, performance management, and learning & development

Responsibilities:

  • Support the evolution of the Talent Management strategy, processes and initiatives with the goal of assessing and/or improving existing and/or new processes, thereby fostering meaningful value to Corporate, Wholesale, Retail and DC divisions
  • Assess current sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies, make recommendations and implement solutions
  • Support the ongoing delivery of services as a credible subject matter expert regarding trends in talent acquisition (digital, social media etc.)
  • Participate in the development of a global career website and employee branding initiatives, including implementing a social media strategy for Canada
  • Support the rollout of Workday and/or other systems changes from a change management and learning perspective as required
  • Support learning & development initiatives such as onboarding and learning programs offered via PVH University (needs analysis, course offering etc.)
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by supporting all Talent Management initiatives such as but not limited to the talent review and performance & development processes
  • Promote diversity within the organization and educate others in order to build high performing and diverse teams
  • Introduce and/or transition project plans to the leaders
  • Continuously improve programs based on program evaluation and feedback
  • Define metrics to provide leaders with key data and to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of programs delivered

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 5-7 years in the design (diagnosis, analyses, research, piloting, etc.) and the execution (implementation, management, facilitation, etc.) of talent management processes and practices is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • HR Professional designation, a plus
  • Experience designing and implementing winning talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience implementing systems and processes (ERP, HRIS, ATS)
  • Ability to build strong relationship based on trust, a professional advisor to partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong project management, team leadership, strategic thinking and meeting facilitation skills
  • Able to challenge the status-quo, be pro-active and flexible
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale, a plus.
