Jr. Account Executive - SPEEDO
Primary contact for Dept Store and Off-price accounts in the Eastern US
Establish strong relationships with customer Buying & Planning teams
Develop and implement business plan by account to achieve corporate sales goals
Secure orders and insure proper flow of information is reflected including delivery dates, style information, and order styles adjustments
Work with Customer Service on weekly/monthly order, bulk, or projection maintenance
Analyze business with Planning Dept to maximize sales opportunities

Collaborate with internal marketing to develop digital tools and marketing strategies to support the sales initiatives
Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates, vs order files, retail sales results and retailer's open to buy
Work with Account Executive III to present seasonal product lines to customers with proposed assortments that meet Speedo's merchandising and sales objectives
Maintain account contract and manage any co-op agreements while adhering to Speedo's policy of execution
Experience: 2 to 4 years' experience in sales or account management in a Dept Sore channel
Education: 4 year degree
Skills:
Proven success in account management ($5M+).
Experience in managing relationships with Account Buyers, Planners, and Directors
Dept Store, Off-Price sales, or Sporting Goods channel experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Retail math skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships
