A role of outlet operations intern is a great chance for any student to get a gist of how a big company like PVH looks like from within. The outlet team is a unique combination between business channel (retail) and division (own production, supply chain etc). The role is strongly interconnected and the intern will have close relationships with both internal stakeholders (planning, merchandizing, production, warehouse, divisions) as well as with retail country offices and stores. The very dynamic environment and the ability to see full supply chain processes (production-warehouse-store) makes it interesting for students from different backgrounds. The ideal candidate has a natural sense for numbers, processes and systems. He/she is precise and tends to work accurately and timely. He/she is social as daily communication with stores/country offices and warehouse is required. Main responsibilities include:
- Operational retail processes within ERP systems (SAP, Futura):
- Entry of sales orders
- Entry of credits and debits
- Sample order entry
- Weekly reporting (SOR)
- Administration of data (Excel)
- Maintenance of reporting and licensed product stock (PO creation)
- Assist with shipping product timely to stores – releases
- Ad hoc requests
- Start date for the internship: January-February 2018. Duration: 6 months
- The candidate should be enrolled in a school or university for the entire period of internship
- The candidate should be eligible to work in EU
- Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Proficient in English
