In-Store Marketing Coordinator - Tommy Hilfiger

The Coordinator of In-Store Marketing supports the team with the development and execution of seasonal in-store marketing rollouts. He/she will oversee the Master Store Profile to accurately distribute and fulfill all in-store marketing programs including seasonal creative updates, signage libraries, and promotional initiatives. This position works cross-functionally to support all Tommy Hilfiger stores in North America.

Responsibilities:
Seasonal Creative Programs
Includes - POS creative, interior sign libraries, seasonal key item signage, window graphics and digital creative

  • Supports the briefing of seasonal in-store creative collecting product information from Merchandising
  • Works with the Director of In-Store marketing to identify updates to marketing/implementation strategies
  • Updates seasonal program distribution lists and specs based on the Master Store Profile
  • Maintains digital files containing store maps, in-store marketing checklist, and other reference files
  • Secures mall management approvals for installation of window graphics and clings
  • Partners with Production and stores to schedule window graphic installations
Promotional Cadence & Signage Libraries
Includes - Classic Interior, Window Magnetic, Generic Window Banners, Fitting Rooms, Classic Entryway, & Department Signs
  • Works with Marketing and Planning to ensure seasonal promotion strategies can be executed in stores
  • Develops new promo sign programs as required, including digital promo templates
  • Maintains and produces new additions to the classic interior and window sign libraries
  • Partners with Production and outside vendors to manage the online sign ordering site, store usage, inventory, fulfillment, replenishment and tracking for sign libraries
  • Assists in developing expense estimates and finalizes distribution lists. Secures final estimate approval from Director for both new and replenishment print runs
  • Directs field communication of new programs and custom signage for events
  • Provides shipment tracking to store teams as needed
  • Updates sign library binders for executive team & cross-functional departments
Master Store Profile
  • Maintains master store profile spreadsheet, adding NSO attributes and revising existing store profiles as updates or corrections are identified. Ensures that the spreadsheet is accurate and current
  • Works with Visual Merchandising, Windows, Planning, Merchandising, and the field teams to collect seasonal revisions and updates the Master accordingly
  • Maintains Store Description archive and summary documents
General
  • New Store Openings - Manages schedule for temporary window graphic/barricade needs for new store openings and remodels. Partners with Construction to determine needs and schedules for measurements, installation, and removal of window graphics
  • Budget Support - Downloads weekly FedEx reports, identifies incorrect reference numbers, organizes by project and shipment, and submits to Manager of In-Store Marketing
  • Vendors - Partners with Production to identify and manage pools of vendors

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or related, preferred
  • 1-2 years relevant experience with a retail company
  • Understanding of graphic and dimensional production
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with developed organizational skills
  • Ability to shift priorities and manage tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced user of Excel
  • Understanding of project budgets and ability to make decisions for store specific fulfillment needs
  • Responsible to make decisions regarding communication to the stores and field managers for fulfillment needs and store-specific signage execution
  • Manage & prioritize multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Develop & implement procedures to improve operational efficiencies. Demonstrate attention to detail in fielding store information into distribution lists and summarized reports
  • Responsibilities include working in a fluid environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Some travel required in US and Canada
