GVP, SAP FMS Business Program

POSITION SUMMARY:

Lead workstream and deliverable activities for the SAP FMS Program. Is responsible for the overall successful implementation of the SAP FMS Program at PVH globally by leading all business and business process work streams and deliverables.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee projects in order to manage scope, resolve escalated issues and mitigate risks; deliver within agreed upon budget and timeline.
  • Partner with other SAP Leads to ensure overall program delivery management across workstreams and integrating projects within the ERP Program.
  • Collaborate with IT Program Leads on system design effectiveness to support PVH operations.
  • Obtain buy in from business stakeholders related to future operations including Supply, Demand and Divisional Financial Management.
  • Communicate overall program status to the Steering Committee and Business Sponsors and ensure program communication to the wider PVH audience is effectively managed.
  • Negotiate with Systems Integrators on behalf of PVH and across business units.
  • Ensure organizational design and change management are implemented smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 – 15 years' experience working as a leader in a global apparel company or similar industry.
  • Experience with SAP FMS, AFS and/or IS Retail solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Graduate degree is preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; strong negotiation skills to persuade stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain and document the technology strategies to diverse audiences including technical, business, and executive leadership.
