POSITION IS BASED IN MIAMI, FLORIDA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage/Support the efforts of assigned district to achieve objectives by providing in the field support via leadership and development for Field Merchandise Coordinators within that district according to the directives of the Field Services Division. In addition, is individually responsible for coverage of 1-2 doors within district, which will require regular visits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Direct and coordinate activities within a specific district with guidance from RM.
  • Administer goals/objectives to a specific district in order to achieve the goals.
  • Review analysis of business by division by account in order to seize opportunities.
  • Partner with RM to review achievements and discuss required changes needed.
  • Ensure financial objectives are met and operational standards are maintained.
  • Training and developing Field Merchandise Coordinators
  • Executing merchandising directives through effective visual and fixture execution.
  • Monitor staffing within your district and communicate needs to RM.
  • Assisting RM in managing budgets and territory rotations
  • Effective communication/relationship building
  • Establish strong relationship with your Regional Manager
  • Develop relationships with business partners at all levels in-store

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategies – 20%

  • Focus on sales plans, AUR, inventory content, model stock opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the financial goals.
  • Complete understanding of trend to our competitors.

DECISION MAKING:

Actively work to continuously improve self and business process, and make appropriate business decisions regarding all PVH Corp. brands.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

  • Merchandising/Store Presentation – 20%
  • Merchandise CK Depts. using current merchandising/visual directives
  • Partner with stores to ensure CK standards are maintained at all times.
  • Training and Development – 20%
  • Review productivity/successes with MC’s, Dept. Managers/Specialists.

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Out-of-town travel Position requires 30-40% travel to retailer’s locations within areas of responsibility.
  • In-town travel Position requires 30-40% travel to individual covered stores.
  • Average work week would consist of (1-2) office(s) day(s) and (3-4) days in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Five to eight years of retail management experience, or equivalent.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

SKILLS:

  • Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel, and E-mail.
