Director, Inclusion & Diversity - PVH Corp.

Support and execute on Inclusion and Diversity strategies for the PVH organization, and the design and implementation of inclusion and diversity initiatives. This position consults with senior management at all levels of the organization to ensure the company is embedding Inclusion and Diversity in its company strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide thought leadership by developing innovative initiatives and recommendations that drive business strategy and demonstrate the impact of diversity and inclusion.
  • Build successful relationships with relevant Centers of Expertise (Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Talent & Organizational Development, HR Business Partners, etc.) to ensure the integration of diversity and inclusion into communications and the development of employees.
  • Implement key inclusion and diversity initiatives with a focus on employee engagement.
  • In partnership with PVH University, create Inclusion and Diversity training initiatives with the aim to support education for all levels.
  • Develop and manage Business Resourcing Groups (BRGs) processes and growth plans; advance development of BRG networks and ensure credible annual plans are executed.
  • Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking across other organizations to provide insight on developing an inclusive workforce that respects diversity at all levels.
  • Develop and implement the appropriate measures/tools to ensure Inclusion and Diversity is continuously evaluated, is relevant to the current business landscape and that it supports the people strategy.
  • Interface with external organizations to develop partnerships and further develop Inclusion and Diversity strategies.
  • Manage I&D budget.
  • Some travel required to PVH offices in Bridgewater and some travel to other PVH locations, remote sites, field meetings or offsite events.

EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of Talent Management experience with at least 3 years focused on Inclusion and Diversity. Proven experience in the creation of an I&D strategy, events and programming that help to drive the culture of an organization.

EDUCATION:

Advanced degree in Human Resources. Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development or related field preferred.

Strategic thinker and planner. Strong internal consulting skills. Strong management and organizational skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Experienced in coaching and assessing leaders. Proven training program design and implementation skills. Excellent platform delivery skills. Strong written communication skills. Strong PC skills.
