Digital Content Designer, In-house Advertising agency


  • Support the Calvin Klein brands through the development and execution of: hangtags and trim; packaging systems; materials supporting the launch and continuation of marketing programs.
  • Conceptualize and develop digital solutions for marketing support, with an emphasis on video and rich media
  • Assist in the development and implementation of design systems for campaigns and multi-channel initiatives
  • Provide ideas and inspiration in the concepting phase of marketing initiatives
  • Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-energy environment
  • Interpret design and marketing briefs and extract essential information
  • Interact with Operations and Project Management team to ensure that jobs are being completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-departmental teams
  • Work autonomously or within a collaborative team setting, as needed


Internal: Project Management, Marketing, Creative Services, Integrated Production, Fashion Office, Channel Management, PR and VM

External: Agency partners and licensees


Maintains and develops the design and creative identities of the Calvin Klein brands.


Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Creative and detail oriented is necessary in completing all projects. Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines.


The department has an open floor layout that encourages team members to engage and inspire one another. Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs.



  • Minimum 2 years experience in agency, editorial, or studio settings.
  • In-house and fashion experience, a plus.


  • BFA preferred.


  • Firm understanding of composition and communication design
  • Discerning eye for typography and an interest in type foundries and type design
  • Strong understanding of digital video creation and editing process: story boards, video feedback, music suggestion, treatments
  • Basic knowledge of HTML 5
  • Strong interest in the new technologies reshaping the fields of fashion, marketing, and design
  • Thorough attention to detail required
  • Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams
  • A friendly disposition and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team setting, as needed
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience in keynote a plus
