Compensation Administrator - PVH Corp.

Under the direction of the Compensation Manager, the Compensation Administrator is responsible for the administration of Service Awards, creating and maintaining Excel and system-generated reports, assisting in the coordination of the salary planning process and the Management Bonus Plan. Assists in determining market value for jobs and is accountable for the accuracy of all job data maintained in HR Systems.

  • Responsible for PVH Service Awards reporting, monthly term report, and coordination of invoicing.
  • Responsible for generating highly detailed and time-sensitive reports.
  • Reports must be clear, concise and accurate
  • Reports include headcount, turnover, weekly audits, scheduled monthly reports, requests from Compensation team
  • Supports the data collection reporting and analysis for Compensation surveys including ad hoc surveys as needed
  • Participates in the administration of the Management Bonus Plan
  • Provides HR teams with a high level of service for new job profiles and feedback on audit reports
  • Responsible for compiling, testing, comparing, and formatting data for the Retail Hourly Store associates for the April 1 and June 1 salary planning process for US and Canada
  • Audit HR Systems data as it pertains to Compensation
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the job profiles in the HR System
  • Assist with salary planning system testing
  • Responsible for data management of all job descriptions
  • Assist Sr. Director and Manager as needed
  • Completes other department projects as assigned

Experience: 1 to 3 years Human Resources, Compensation or Benefits experience preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong Excel expertise
  • Organized
  • Ability to meet very tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated
  • Computer proficient and comfortable learning and using a diverse range of software applications
  • Knowledge of Lawson and/or Workday a plus
