  • Develop new franchisees/stores and strategy thinking
  • Plan off- take target, data analysis (Off take data, inventory, IPS management)
  • Plan booking forecasting
  • Management sales assistant
  • Insure payment on time, and launch on time
  • KA review by month
  • Complete off- take/ sale- in target /opening plan etc.
  • Push franchisee to do Road-show and marketing supporting
  • Promotion event tracking in franchisee stores. This ranges from promotion planning to result reviews, as well as summary conclusion and sharing, budget control.
  • In charge of all the tasks for the MSP survey.
  • Pay regular visits to stores within the managed district.
  • Drawing up and executing the development plans for wholesalers.
  • Communicate with and coordinate related departments to solve the problems for customer


  • Minimum 8 years' practical experience in international apparel fashion brand, focus on Retail operation or Franchisees management.
  • Strategy thinking; Organization and Coordination Skill
  • Communication Skill
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Familiar with the apparel wholesale
