Administrative Assistant - CALVIN KLEIN

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP Global Sales for CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC including but not limited to calendar management, travel coordination, and daily support.


  • Maintain global contacts and calendar, appointment scheduling, departmental meetings, and conference arrangements
  • Handle logistics associated with meetings, appointments and conferences, including coordinating with colleagues based in Milan and clients around the globe
  • File and organize communications to ensure smooth and timely flow of information in and out of the office.
  • Organize T&E, including air, hotel, car, restaurant reservations as well as expense report tracking and submission.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintains filing system & references, Business Continuity Plan, and order office supplies
  • Facilitate new employee set-up
  • Process invoices
  • Assist with managing Showroom and conference room bookings among various teams
  • Daily communication/liaise with staff in Italy
  • Works independently on various assigned projects.


3-5 years' experience, preferably with experience in a creative environment

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) preferred

  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Experience with booking and scheduling travel
  • Strong sense of urgency; Strong prioritization & follow-up skills
  • Excellent at handling changing priorities; multi-tasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with department stores and specialty retailers
  • Highly self-motivated; pro-active; a self-starter
