Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of requests from outside sources for all needs.
  • Processes invoices on an as needed basis for all both staff and cross functional departments as defined by department project needs.
  • Updates the overall budget tracking file monthly.
  • Supports both VP’s on vendor account specific projects.
  • Manages own work and time.
  • Provide the highest level of professional customer service to both clients and team members.
  • Organize tasks in an effective, efficient and logical manner.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to anticipated issues and conflicts.
  • Be detail oriented while also managing multiple tasks.
  • Preparing sales literature for presentations.
  • Tracking and ordering samples.
  • Maintaining department reports and material tracking.
  • Proposal, presentation and sales meeting prep.
  • Serving as client liaison in management absence.

  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in office clerical support role for a creative department preferred. Experience with SAP/ACS a plus.

Education: Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint both on the PC and Mac plat
