Operations consists of over 100 employees covering areas including technical operations, manufacturing, product supply, service logistics, and facilities.

What You Will Be Doing
The EMEA Service Logistics Manager will primarily focus on managing daily tactical activities associated with service parts logistics and field engineering dispatches. This role will act as a liaison to the EMEA support and sales teams during escalations as well as to drive corrective actions. This role requires an in depth understanding of support and service logistics processes; as well as strong cross functional relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will be self-managed, customer oriented, and proactive.
- Dispatch escalations management
- Develop process improvement / workflow corrective actions
- Cross functional communication / presentation
- Tactical decision making to ensure partners meet and achieve SLA
- Regional metrics
- Process documentation & training
- Partner root cause analysis and corrective action
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in Global Service Logistics
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Manage, prioritize and work well with cross functional organizations
- Enthusiastic self-starter
- Senior vendor management / communication skills
- Project managements
- Flexible working hours
- CRM / Salesforce.com experience
- Use of all Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel
- Hardware technical knowledge a plus
