What You Will Be Doing

  • Working out of our Lehi UT office to support local and remote Purtians
  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 hardware and software support of Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 7 and Ubuntu systems
  • Provision new laptops and set up workspaces for local new hires
  • Support telecommunications and AV technologies such as Fuze VOIP phones and Zoom conferences and webinars
  • Addressing security incidents and helping secure end user machines
  • Help improve automation in account, system and application provisioning

What You Bring To The Team

  • 3-5 years IT Helpdesk or desktop support experience
  • AD account creation & maintenance experience
  • Experience in administering and working with common cloud based enterprise systems (for example: Box, Slack, Smartsheets, Adobe)
  • Mac OSX and Windows 7 & 10 support experience
  • Experience using IT ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
  • Ubuntu/Linux support experience is a plus
  • Google Apps & Okta user management experience preferred
  • Mobile device support experience including iOS & Android
  • Experience handling new hire setup
  • Motivated team member that is able to multi task and deal with multiple objectives concurrently
