What You Will Be Doing

  • Help design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes
  • Lead the development and completion of compensation processes and initiatives which include annual compensation reviews, competitive and ad hoc analyses
  • Create recommendations regarding regular review and updates to the compensation structure
  • Develop and update quantitative models to assess compensation practices and the company's competitive position
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
  • Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnarounds based on business requests
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the People Business Partner team to ensure proper support of all client groups
  • Work with HRIS to ensure the system is meeting compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Stay ahead of emerging market trends in compensation practices 

What You Bring To The Team

  • 4+ years of relevant experience 
  • Compensation, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or Economics background preferred
  • Expert Excel knowledge 
  • Strong analytical abilities to effectively analyze data, create models, reports, and metrics
  • Experience creating presentation decks to synthesize, illustrate and communicate necessary information
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data confidentially
