As an Individual Contributor in Underwriting Services you impact this organization by:
  • Delivering an unparalleled service experience that fuels growth
  • Building deep regional relationships both internally and with our broker partners that will enhance our ability to provide a customized service experience
  • Producing compelling quotes through a variety of channels and selling the PURE difference to drive member acquisition
  • Proactively reviewing in-force policies to ensure that our Members are getting the right mix of coverage and price
  • Leveraging our deep experience and regional expertise to manage the full-cycle endorsement process quickly and accurately
  • Creating a consistent and efficient policy issuance process that will make our broker's lives easier and positively impact the member experience


What we're looking for:
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility
  • A minimum of 1 years of service experience is required
  • Demonstrated solid problem solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity, exhibit leadership skill and enthusiasm, and establish trust and credibility
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be creative and adaptable in a changing business environment
  • Sound, balanced and timely decision making skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software
