The System Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Product Development and Capital Markets initiatives through software development, maintenance and computer system support.
- Creates and maintains all product parameters in Loan Origination System (LOS) including writing and editing system code to establish the limits of products to avoid originating and closing mortgages outside of investors’ and insurance companies’ requirements.
- Create and maintain pricing and pricing rules in pricing system databases including base pricing, extended lock/floatdown pricing and all loan level price adjustments (LLPA’s).
- Create and maintain all pricing models in Excel including setting up downloads from investors pricing and including adjustments for additional premiums and fees charged by the investor.
- Create and maintain mortgage insurance premium tables and premium adjustments.
- Authors Change Requests (CR’s) to system enhancements and modifications to accommodate product and Capital Markets’ needs.
- Create and maintain documentation on current technology and complete periodic data integrity audits on product parameters and pricing.
- Create and maintain additional tools to increase efficiency for originators, underwriters, etc.
- Create and run reports from various systems.
- Assists Capital Markets staff with system related requirements and issues including training.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer related field or equivalent.
- Mortgage Banking experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Proficient in programming logic (such as C)
- Very strong communication skills.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex situations.
