Division Product Manager

Job Summary -

Responsible for coordinating all Division product needs and requirements.

Primary Responsibilities-

  • Coordinate with centralized Product Group on local construction project needs relating to architectural drawings
  • Coordinate with local vendors (e.g., components, MEP, structural engineering) in support of centralized Product Group during all phases of construction
  • Coordinate permits, ARB, marketing needs, and interior design in support of construction projects and model parks
  • Serve as Division expert on local municipal and code requirements
  • Provide feedback to Product Group on Construction Document issues
  • Initiate RFM requests
  • Participate in VEIII process
  • Perform site audits/inspections, as required

Required Education -

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.

Required Experience

  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years
  • Construction Documents experience
  • Knowledge of local code requirements
  • General construction knowledge
  • Effective communication skills
  • Team player but has ability to be self starter
  • Ability to manage process implementation and lead change
