Contract Coordinator (Sarasota)


Responsible for processing contracts, invoices and other related financial system data management.


• Manage vendor contracting and invoicing process

• Coordinate new land vendor setup processing

• Manage insurance requirement status of land vendors

• Prepare monthly reconciliation of land development budgets in accounting system

• Coordinate and report action items for each monthly LDA review requiring a quarterly audit of all community land development books

• Manage land development budget support (updating schedules and contracts)

• Manage monthly lot costs

• Maintain records retention requirements for land documents

• Track and update Bonds on database

• Provide notary services as needed (required to become notary within first 3 months)

• Tr avel required to Divisional Office in Bonita Springs 2-4 times a month
