JOB SUMMARY Provides business systems support and training to the Accounting Services Group (ASG), Accounts Payable Group (APG) and Payroll. Also provides support to continuous improvement efforts within the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs business research, defines requirements and facilitates implementation of NSS process standardization and optimization initiatives. - Develops custom reporting packages and provides ad-hoc analysis to support NSS tactical and strategic operations. - Serves as resident expert in all aspects of core business applications. - Develops and refines training materials and conducts user training on business applications and best practices. - Consults with the NSS staff to collect business requirements for the purpose of developing an appropriate means to capture, track and report performance data that is not system-derived. - Facilitates solution delivery and issue resolution with third party service providers for NSS core business applications. - Develops custom analysis and reporting solutions using Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA and/or SQL.


- Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent - Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years previous related experience. - Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Excel, Access, SQL and/or VBA to develop custom reporting and analysis solutions. - Ability to examine business processes from a technical and functional perspective and translate needs into detailed requirements. - Ability to speak effectively before groups and facilitate workgroups and meetings. - Ability to adapt quickly and work independently with multiple priorities. - Strong project and people management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
