Job Description

Are you passionate about developing actionable insights through research and analysis? Do you love to immerse yourself in data and find insights that help advertisers and partners reach their goals and also generate more sales? The Operations team is looking for an Analyst to unearth hidden opportunities for revenue optimization by gathering insights from available data sources. 

 What you'll be doing:

  • Provide insights and analytics to increase exchange revenue and follow through to execution through:
    • Ensure successful launch and key yield-related initiatives with strategic partners
    • Analyzing buying patterns, optimize revenue streams and QPS by controlling un-monetized inventory pools and offering /opening new inventory
    • Deep dive on daily trends to proactively identify drops in revenue, relate them to business changes or issues and provide assistance with troubleshooting
    • Analyze exchange level blocks (inventory and buyers) and be able to work with internal teams to solve for them
    • Evaluate data from the vendors to help improve efficiency models and impact monetization
    • Suggesting and creating inventory bundles, rate cards and packages to be marketed with the buyers
    • Analyzing deal performance and making recommendations for keeping spend levels optimum

What you'll need:

  • Great oral, written, and presentation communication.
  • Experience with data management, reporting and analytics (using Excel, Tableau etc) is must
  • Proactive behavior and a go-getter attitude to keep a tab on multiple trends
  • Familiar with data visualization concepts and dashboard development
  • Experience / education / background in Computer Science / Technology is preferred
  • Experience to be able to multi task on projects
  • Expert project management skills including an ability to take on several projects at once
  • SQL knowledge for report querying a plus 
  • Tableau knowledge for creating new reports a plus
  • 2+ years with Online Media / Advertising / Programmatic technology preferred
