Director of Product - Content Marketing Platform

PulsePoint is looking of an assertive, business minded Product Director to own and develop PulsePoint product suite for content marketers. The Content Management Platform sports innovative tools to manage, optimize and distribute paid content across a broad network of social and native publishers, from Facebook to dozens of premium niche publishers.

We are looking for somebody both creative and analytical, a strategic thinker comfortable with driving tactical execution and has a “get the job done” attitude. You must have an innate ability to understand end users, be passionate about user experience and make data driven decisions to grow product usage and retention.


  • Own roadmap for PulsePoint Content Marketing Product suite, the leading paid content distribution platform reaching billions of users every day
  • Oversee the development of self-service tools to design, monitor, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across dozen of channels, including all major social platforms.
  • Articulate business cases and shape priorities across the organization, balancing needs from our high profile client's marketing efforts, against long term strategic opportunities and resource availability
  • Conduct market research, gather needs, write product requirements and manage backlog for a 6 developers sprint. Liaise with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Recommend partnerships and coordinate integrations with social and publishing platforms, advertiser tools, as well as data providers
  • Drive research agenda for a 7 persons data science team in light of long term product objectives. Market-test prototypes and A/B test changes to optimization engines.
  • Coordinate launch and post-launch activities. Closely monitor impact of product changes on revenue and key campaign metrics.
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and develop an A-team of product managers and UI/UX designers. Qualifications:
  • 5+ years product management experience, preferably with data-heavy, B2B SaaS products. AdTech experience a plus.
  • Self starter capable of driving initiatives from conception to launch. Demonstrable experience with using influence and thought leadership skills to motivate and lead teams and peers.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. As comfortable in the boardroom as on a video conference with full-stack engineers.
  • Extensive technical skills. Thorough understanding of SaaS product components and architecture. High level of comfort with algorithmic optimization and machine learning.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills. Ability to use analytical tools to make informed data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, UX best practices, and usability testing
  • BSc required, Computer Engineering or Scientific background a plus, MBA from top business schools preferred. Benefits:
