Job Description

The Account Manager, Supply will be responsible for supporting our existing strategic supply side accounts.

Responsibilities include managing and developing a book of business of inventory partners, monitoring and optimizing site inventory and cultivating executive level client relationships by consulting both internally and externally on new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strong communicator, responsible and accountable with an interest in ad-tech, specifically on the publisher side. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and grow relationships with supply clients (publishers, inventory partners)
  • Understand PulsePoint’s platform including  an understanding and controlling of their supply mix, reporting on bidding activity, onboarding additional usable supply, etc
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
  • Comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to be able to intelligently set long-term partnership goals
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Operations and Buy Side Account Management, and Campaign Management in order to become a valuable resource and single point of contact to the client
  • Develop and effectively present clients with business overview updates, reports and presentations
  • Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regard to new product development features
  • Manage business and technical escalations, and constantly communicate with all stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure success


What you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management or other related consultative client-facing roles within the digital media /online publisher space
  • Experience of working with Ad Server technology in regards to publisher tags.
  • Comfortable building and managing relationships at senior-levels (i.e., C-level)
  • Health advertising experience a plus
