The Global Technology & Data organization at Prudential is seeking a Vice President, Chief Product Owner Business IntelligenceReporting into the Chief Data Officer, this highly visible role will join the Chief Data Office leadership team responsible for building a leading data and analytics organization, focused on managing data integrity and providing valuable insights driving competitive advantage to the businesses' strategic choices.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of the following services: BI and Visualization, Self-Service, Enterprise Analytics, and Standardized KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee decisions for business intelligence tools and applications in partnership with the Chief Product Owner, Data & Modeling Platforms

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of demonstrated quantitative and qualitative data and BI experience with significant business impact
- Proven experience with designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutions
- Knowledge of financial services or businesses with complex data, services, and distribution models preferred
- Experience leading a business intelligence function that has delivered strong value to the business; proven ability to improve BI capabilities and processes
- Understands how strategic themes influence direction of product solution
- Experience in Agile Development, with Product Owner or Chief Product Owner (or similar) experience preferred
- Understands Lean-Agile principles and practices
- Ability to document detailed product concepts in the context of user needs, business impacts, and technical requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
- Challenger mindset and passion to challenge status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - loves and embraces change
- Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team
- Not afraid to 'roll up the sleeves' and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn - pushes the team to do the same
