PARAPLANNER / SENIOR FIRM SUPPORT SPECIALIST Job Posting

At Prudential, our Senior Firm Support Specialist reports directly to the Manager Director (the senior leader of the firm), purposefully focusing on financial planning and marketing and sales support to meet our customers' complex financial needs.

The selected candidate may work in our Scottsdale, AZ or Englewood, CO location. This is an in-person position that is full-time.

As the firm's Paraplanner, you will be responsible for supporting our Financial Planners with preparing and constructing plans as outlined by the Planner. Other duties include managing the firm's financial planning software and billing clients, scheduling and confirming appointments and follow up on service calls. Financial plans are regularly updated as a client's situation changes, so you will assist in gathering new information and providing financial planners with updated projections. Paraplanners may also attend client meetings to take notes and follow up on administrative tasks such as obtaining financial documents.

  • Proficient with eMoney: data entry, analyzing reports and creating client presentations with a focus on alternate scenarios and developing compliance-approved client recommendations
  • Experience with , Microsoft Teams, Zoom for Business and LinkedIn is a plus
  • 1-3 years financial services experience or prior experience supporting financial planning
  • Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance suggested) or three years' financial services experience preferred

    Licensing:
  • Life & Health, Series 7, Series 66, or willing to obtain licenses
  • Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional qualification (FPQP) a plus

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.

The salary range for this role is from $44,300 to $60,100 . Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
