Manager, Marketing Technology and Enablement

Our Marketing Operations & Enablement Team is seeking a Manager, Marketing Technology and Enablement to drive our Marketing automation initiatives forward. This role is expected to have a strong understanding of Virtual, Omni-Channel and Marketing Automation best practices, techniques and tools.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Capabilities and Enablement, the ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset to continue to push the limits of what can be done with the integration, automation and administration efforts of our Marketing Technology Stack. The person filling this role will be focused on transforming the Marketing Technology stack from a disparate set of tools to a more refined, standardized set of tools. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in guiding the requirements of Prudential's Marketing capabilities and ensuring successful adoption of new features and functionality.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support and drive the standardization and rationalization of the Marketing technology tools across multiple business groups
  • Support the digital/virtual MarTech stack ensuring optimal performance, strategic integrations, user adoption, SOPs, and more
  • Manage technology integrations in and out of digital tech stack, including applications such as Eloqua, On24, Ceros, Seismic, Salesforce, Social Media among others
  • Work with external vendors to maintain and develop our technology integrations, facilitate testing of new products and features
  • Partner with the Data Enablement team with Marketing data requests and ensuring data flows seamlessly within the Marketing ecosystem for actionability and reporting
Process Improvement:
  • Develop and monitor improvement strategies for operational processes
  • Provide support to overall road-mapping of future technical process improvement and/or testing tools
  • Translate business needs to functional requirements & process design, and work with Workfront business leads to prioritize/plan enhancement requests
  • Work closely with many different groups to manage requirements including technology, architecture, operations, marketing strategy, customer experience and more
Administration and Support
  • Serve as administrator and business owner of various Marketing Technologies (On24, WebEx, Zoom, Eloqua, Seismic, etc.) driving adoption, support, and recommendations to increase utilization and ROI
  • Help troubleshoot issues as they arise within the various platforms
  • Maintain outstanding technical support in a high-performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) in digitally enabled businesses. MBA or business degree a plus
  • 5 years hands on experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology
  • 3-5 years project management experience managing technical projects
  • Working Knowledge of Digital/Virtual technology tools (On24, Zoom, Workfront, Eloqua, Marketo, Seismic)
  • Demonstrated project management skills; takes direction well and clearly possesses the ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous and changing requirements and deadlines with a constant need to prioritize based on outcomes
  • "Roll up your sleeves" mentality; must be able to foster collaboration to drive strategies, plans, results and outcomes enterprise-wide
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team and across functions and levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in financial services preferred
