Manager, HR Reporting

You'll partner, collaborate and consult directly with HR leaders and peers to provide data and reporting expertise including accurate and reliable development of Workday Reporting, requirements gathering and needs analyses.

Your Team
The HR Operations Reporting Team is seeking a Manager, HR Reporting who will have responsibility for developing Workday Reporting, consulting on various HRIS initiatives, and providing direction regarding functional reports, projects, and educational opportunities to the Enterprise Human Resources team. You will work closely together with the Director, HR Reporting on matters pertaining to the overall Reporting function and with a small team of specialists in fulfillment of various Reporting needs via Workday and Cognos. You will also be expected to leverage your day-to-day experience to enhance processes and continuously evolve the customer experience.

Your Role
  • You will develop new innovative and intuitive reports within Workday, inclusive of Core HR, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition
  • You will leverage your deep understanding of the company's HRIS data and available reporting to provide guidance, expertise and data to the HR Community to drive business execution
  • You will manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and deliver an outstanding customer experience; you will influence and advise while gathering requirements, analyzing the needs of the business and providing meaningful, accurate and reliable data reporting to enable business outcomes
  • You will work both autonomously and in a team environment, to collaborate and develop practical and creative solutions to complex business problems while fully addressing systems, rules, procedures, quality, controls, and metrics
  • You will lead the process analysis, design or redesign of potentially multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient
  • You will identify and /or integrate technologies needed to automate new processes where possible while maintaining strong personal expertise in the technology / systems which support the HR Reporting process
  • You will drive adoption of a unified team strategy and vision that establishes credibility with partners and leverages processes that are innovative, controlled, scalable and drive a consistent, optimized employee experience
  • You will ensure service expectations are met or exceeded, deliver quality and proactively identify trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • You will collaborate with peers across the HR Operations Team to share learnings, leverage best practices, challenge the status quo, drive consistency and deliver operational excellence
  • You will reinforce transformative change efforts within the team and across HR and the enterprise



Qualifications:
  • BA/BS from an accredited college/university preferred
  • 5-10 years of strong analytical skills, as evidenced by the proven ability to interpret business needs and provide customer focused solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Reporting capabilities and ability to apply to the business end user experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing and delivering Workday Reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS (Cognos, Tableau, Visier) and Excel
  • Proven ability to design and implement process improvement plans leveraging innovative solutions
  • Embraces process evolution, efficiency, technology & automation
  • Demonstrated business acumen with ability to build strong and influential relationships across varying levels of an organization with an execution mindset; organizational savvy while maintaining a strong external focus
  • Prior experience communicating and working at all levels of the organization including executive levels; confidentiality a must
  • Strong communication skills including excellent verbal and written skills
  • Results oriented with a high degree of independence, discretion, collaboration, courage, resilience, curiosity, agility and adaptability
  • Ability to work collaboratively and think independently with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent judgment; and provide high quality work with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project & process management
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
  • PHR / SPHR certification, a plus
