Manager, Financial Services

T h e Manager, Financial Services (MFS) is responsible for the recruitment, selection, development, retention, success, and supervision of new financial professionals and Financial Professional Associates (FPA). The MFS is the immediate supervisor for the organization's approach to a relationship based, life cycle, sales and advice process. Key aspects of this approach include:

  • T r a i n i n g and coaching new financial professionals and FPAs
  • Dri ving for results and providing strategic leadership to meet production standards
  • A chieving recruiting and retention goals

R ec r u i t i n g and Retention
A n effective MFS strengthens the Agency's position through recruitment and retention of new financial professionals.
  • A chieve recruiting and retention goals by identifying and hiring individuals reflective of the FPA profile
  • I d e n t i f y and develop relationships with key nominator sources
  • P a r t i cipates in selection interviews
  • A d h e r e to recruiting and selection guidelines
  • M ee t recruiting diversity guidelines

P e r f o r m a n c e Management
A n effective MFS strengthens the Agency's performance through development of financial professionals and
F PA s including:
  • Cr ea t e and monitor staff goals; collaborate with Manager, Agency Training to achieve 90% pass rate for licensing and registration exams, and partner with financial professionals and FPAs to develop goals and business plans
  • C oa ch and counsel financial professionals and FPAs who are not reaching their targets
  • M o n i t o r financial professionals and FPA activity and adhere to Franchise Model with emphasis during F PA s comprehensive training and development program
